Wrestler History:
Years later and on her own, with the help of a few phone calls, Maria too found herself at the forefront of sports entertainment. In WCWF, she had gone in originally to manage family friend, Mike Falconi, only to have him take a unannounced hiatus only a month into her being with him. For a while she'd been seen with the likes of Cameron King, until his departure from WCWF. She took some time off, doing photo shoots for magazines, fund raising for cancer awareness and touring the world. On an excursion to Texas, she ran into the likes of Nate Sanders, who was at the time getting ready to start on an expedition of his own.
A couple months later, PWE opened its doors and flourished. She took her place as Nate’s personal assistant in front of the screen and a innocent, budding romance behind it. She fought her way to be the second Anarchy champion, though her win was full of controversy and while only champion for a short time, it was something she still holds close as the first and only title she'd ever won. After Playboy offered her a lucrative offer, she took it and it put PWE on the map. Following that in the months after, PWE came into its own, taking over WCWF and eventually falling under the same banner. Things were going good, and Nate and Maria were getting closer, with her never losing her virtue, but something happened and it shoved them both apart. Nate felt the need to challenge Robert Masters for the ownership of WCWF and lost. However, when Maria went back to comfort him, and let him know sheid be there.. He was gone, leaving her with only a letter with six words:
"Goodbye Maria. You can do better."
Now she moves into a new federation, striking out onto her own without Ryann Hardy at her side as she normally had, she ventured into GEW after speaking with another close friend and the ex boyfriend of her deceased sister, Kameron Chase. She badgered him for weeks about his cousin, with him reluctantly giving up information. New Years Eve, she and some friends went to a local NYC nightclub and there, she met Mark Chapman. The two have twins together, although their relatoinship has ended. Since getting back after pregancy, Maria was on fire, remaining undefeated in 2010 right through to Extreme Extravaganza and capturing the Tag Team Championship with Nikki Tallin.
Maria Giordano is the only living child of Leon and Isabella Giordano. Given everything she could possibly have wanted, Maria grew up pampered and spoiled, though she never took it as anything more then her father showering her with love. Her mother died when she was 10, after suffering from a rapid, progressing version of cervical cancer that couldn't be caught and removed completely. Her sister died when she was 17, apparently due to a Mob hit gone wrong. Janie and Maria had both been targets, but Maria hadn't been killed. Her father made up for her mother's absence and her sister's death with the doting attention he gave her while he wasn't working. She was never conceited though, and never looked down on people beneath her. Instead of playing with Barbie dolls, Maria took to playing outside with the neighborhood boys, and the boys of her father's business associates. That was how she met Mike Falconi and years later, how she would break into the world of wrestling. She was a tomboy through and through, and even after she'd moved into high school, taking her grown beauty with her, the young woman knew inside that she was much more then just a pretty face. She longed to do what the boys did, play sports and watch wrestling. Unable to play sports at her private school, she opted to watch wrestling as much as she could. Soon, she began emulating the moves, copying them and practicing on a friend, who'd make quite the name for himself years later.
